Parslied Parmesan Cauliflower Rice

Instructions

  • Melt 2 Tbsp. Pure Blends™ Avocado Oil Plant-Based Butter in medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 4 minutes.

  • Add cauliflower rice and 1/4 cup water. Cover; reduce heat and cook until cauliflower rice is tender, about 8 minutes.

  • Stir in remaining 1 Tbsp. Pure Blends™ Avocado Oil Plant-Based Butter, Parmesan style topping and parsley. Season, if desired, with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
